  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Documentation: Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error by Ashbabpotro.
  • Use a trackable and insured shipping service.

6. Inspection & Approval

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to reject returns if items are not in acceptable condition or missing original components.

7. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after return approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may be applied for non-defective returns.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
